About Us

Justin Ditmore, CEO

Justin Ditmore started his career as an Engineer Officer in the United States Army. During his time in the military he deployed as a Platoon Leader leading a group of Combat Engineers during a critical time of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Following his time as a platoon leader Justin was promoted to Captain and assumed several roles in planning and operations; receiving the Bronze Star among other accolades while in service to our country.

Upon leaving the military Justin worked at CH2M Hill, NORCON, and for the Alyeska Pipeline Service Company. In various roles at each company he developed and maintained control structures for major maintenance and capital projects including cost collection, progress verification and change control. He led teams, implemented improved Earned Value Management practices, and consistently identified and mitigated risks to keep projects on time and on budget. Contract management, RFP development and response, and optimizing procurement processes were typical efforts on each project. Justin founded Spartan Edge on the premise that outside eyes enhance projects, and that a disciplined approach to Project Management delivers consistent, successful outcomes.

Justin holds a Masters of Science in Project Management from the University of Alaska, Anchorage, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Tampa where he was honored as a Distinguished Military Graduate.
